Onsite Visits
Schedule a one or multi-day visit with a Picas Consultant at your facility. Time is spent reviewing processes within each department, training staff, implementing lean practices, and developing a plan to focus on growth and success . On-site visits allow for face to face communication, working with staff in all departments, and getting a hands on look at processes and operations throughout your operation.
Remote Consulting & Training Sessions
Similar to an on-site visit but in a virtual setting, remote sessions provide opportunities for consulting without the travel expense. Remote sessions can be scheduled in 1 hour, 2 hour, and 1/2 day increments with one or multiple Picas Consultants. The goal is the same as the on-site visit, to work with staff from each of your departments to review and improve processes, provide training, and design a plan to address future requirements.
Customer Specific Process Documentation & Videos
Are there seasonal or complex processes you’d like to have documented for future reference? Our Picas Consultants can prepare written documentation or videos with specific details related to your operation, including best practice recommendations for your company to refer back to as often as needed. This is great for processes like month/year end closing, purchasing, transplanting/sowing, shipping, and so much more.
Software & Process Audits
On-site or remote, our Picas Consultants take a deep dive look into your company to find inefficiencies, bottlenecks, excessive labor usage, wasted time and money, and more within your operation. They’ll use that information to provide recommendations, discuss automation opportunities, implement lean practices, and make sure you’re getting the most from your ERP solution. Full audit documentation is provided for you to refer to afterwards. Audits are recommended for all companies every 1-2 years.
